Returns

At Northern Oasis Candles, all of our products are carefully inspected before they are shipped. Used candles cannot be returned or refunded. However, we will replace or refund products damaged during shipment if a claim is submitted to us within 7 days of delivery. Photographic proof of damage and of the package your order arrived in, will be required to process a return. Once approved, you must return your unused product within 14 days, otherwise refund agreement may be voided. The buyer is responsible for shipping cost on all return items.

Within 7 days of receiving your order, please submit a return request to info@northernoasiscandles.ca, letting us know the reason for your return.

• Do not send back your product until your return request has been approved

• Please be sure that your package is returned using the bubble wrap and paper that it was originally packed in, or something similar. Be sure that the candles are packed securely.

• The buyer is responsible for shipping costs on all returns
